Mark Begich, D-Alaska, and Joe Manchin, D-West Virgina, have introduced S. 2188, titled the “National Right to Carry Reciprocity Act of 2012.” This bill has language substantially identical to H.R. 822, a bill passed by the House of Representatives last year. Both would require all states that issue handgun carry licenses to recognize licenses from other states.
Write or call the U.S. senators of your state, and ask them to support this bill.
